- Try a fresh sign-in link. The link is single-use and expires in one hour. If you’re still stuck, write to us.
- Lost a tribute?
- Sign in with the same email you used to create it. If you’ve changed email, write to families@thessafour.com and we’ll reunite you with it.
- Want to delete a tribute?
- Write to families@thessafour.com. We’ll confirm the deletion with you, remove the tribute, and permanently remove the underlying data after 30 days.
- Have a different question?
- Email families@thessafour.com. A human replies within one working day.
